Drivers from Pillager collide in 2-vehicle crash

PILLAGER—A pair of Pillager motorists received non-life-threatening injuries in a two-vehicle crash on Highway 210 in Pillager in Cass County.

Trent Walter Neumann was westbound on the highway near 37th Avenue in his 2008 Toyota Corolla at about 5:30 p.m. Saturday, May 5, when the 44-year-old collided with the 1999 Ford Escort driven by 22-year-old Sienna Lindsay Sandberg of Pillager.

Sandberg was southbound on County Highway 1 when she pulled out and was hit broadside in the driver's side door, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.

Both were wearing seat belts and taken to Essentia Health-St. Joseph's Medical Center in Brainerd for treatment.

UPDATE

The Minnesota State Patrol updated this crash report to include correct identifying information on one of the drivers. The driver of the Ford was not 35-year-old Jennifer Renee Selvaag, but rather Sienna Lindsay Sandberg, 22, Pillager.
